The following is a mind map and equipment list of all the different types of equipment we will use in our production, what it will be used for and who the equipment will be sourced from. The work presented here was produced by Jason H and Liam P after discussing these as a group in one of our lessons
The following is the film budgeting list which has been made by a group member Liam P, the budgeting list is used to highlight what elements within our production are going to be paid for, what they are going to be used for and if we already own them and theres no need to purchase them.
The breif summary written by Liam P is a summary of the finance involved within our production, the summary includes how were going to get finance and also what finance could be potentially involved within our production.

The following is the schedule sheet that has been made by myself and a group member Liam P. The filming schedule sheet was made within in our pre producion work and is very useful for our whole group. The schedule sheet offers organisation whilst filming, such as the timing each shot should take in order to get all shots filmed succesfully within the time frame. Furthermore, the schedule sheet also tells the whole group what day and place we will be filming at to prevent any confusion in crew memebers arriving late or at the wrong place.
Here is the our crew contact list in which I have created after gathering the information of our crew thats going to be involved. The crew contact list is very useful for us for communication with eachother as this is vital within a film production, especially if somthing bad was to happen such as filming dates could be interfered with so you will need to contact one another to cancel and prevent wasting there time.

Props
The props that we will be using in our opening scene will be as follows:
A beer bottle- used to demonstrate our characters struggle to come to terms with what he has done, forcing him to result to his addiction of alcohol.
Special effect lights- used to simulate that there are police outside of the hotel room, thus creating suspense and ambiguity.
A glass cup- used by our character to add drama as he takes slow sips to again add tension.
A rucksack- The contents of this big will remain unknown to the audience as to not reveal any information about his past life.

EQUIPMENT TESTS/ EXPERIMENTATION
The following is research made by Liam P in which he has explored the features within the equitment we will be using, the features he explored are things such as image quality, sound quality and lighting elements which are built into these devices. This also involved Liam selecting potential cameras and taking sample footage in order to later compare.
